This policy explains what USA Lotto ("the App") collects, why, and what choices you have. The App shows Powerball and Mega Millions results and statistics for entertainment. It does not sell lottery tickets and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Multi-State Lottery Association, the Mega Millions consortium, or any state lottery.
We do not ask for your name, address, phone number, or payment details. We do not require an account. The tickets, number memos, and settings you enter are stored only on your device and are not transmitted to us.

The App requests drawing results from the New York State Open Data service (data.ny.gov). These requests contain no information about you. Advertising and analytics connections are made by the Google libraries listed above.
Ads may be personalized using your advertising identifier. You can reset or delete that identifier, or turn off ad personalization, in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads on most Android devices). Doing so does not remove ads, but makes them less relevant.
Removing ads entirely is available through the optional subscription inside the App.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers named above, or where disclosure is required by law.
Data held on your device is removed when you uninstall the App or clear its storage. Data held by Google on our behalf is retained according to Google's own retention policies; you can request deletion by contacting us.
Drawing results come from the New York State Gaming Commission's open data and are provided for information only. Official winning numbers and prizes are determined by the relevant state lottery. Always verify with an official source before claiming a prize.
You may ask us to confirm, correct, or delete information we hold about you. We will act on your request once we can reasonably verify your identity.
We review this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date at the top of this page.
